Understanding the ascending channel that connect our energy centers is a powerful tool to connect with our true essence.
We are made of energy. Everything in the world is made of energy, which can be defined most simply as “information that vibrates.” This energy may express itself as patterns, sound, skin, thought, or even morning coffee, but it is all energy. We cannot see the subtler patterns, but they are there nonetheless. So it is with certain layers of the body and the world. Even though they are imperceptible to the five senses, they do exist.
The ancients perceived subtle energy channels, rivers of light that transport life energy in and around the body. In the ancient Chinese medical system, these channels are called meridians and the pulsing vital energy, chi. Other cultures have recognized and dissected energy channels, developing their own glossaries and systems.
Connected through a network of energy channels called nadis, the chakras appear in hundreds of cultures across the globe. The Mayan, Cherokee, and Incan systems join with that of the Hindu, the latter usually being recognized as the creators of the energy body system.
Good health occurs when an organism and its components (like cells and organs) vibrate at optimum functioning; bad health strikes when these components vibrate adversely, challenging the ability to function.

WEEK 1 | OUR ROOT
Our history, our base, our programming and beliefs need to be recognized in order to be optimized. This is the base pillar of the journey, the connection with our right to be and serve on this plane.
WEEK 2 | OUR CREATIVITY
The integration of desire, delight and enjoyment as the fundamental axis of the creative process and the expression of the sacred energy of being. We align ourselves here with the understanding that we are all creators, we are all creative per natura.
WEEK 3 | OUR POWER
The assertiveness that comes from a resolution of courage, self-worth and personal power. A being who recognizes itself before a group and chooses to turn on their light to share its brightness, inspiring others from a spirit of collaboration and not competition.
WEEK 4 | OUR LOVE
The energy center that connects the lower 3 with the upper 3. The engine of the dream machine needs the gasoline of self-love in order to receive and offer the true self from vulnerability, honesty and transparency.
WEEK 5 | OUR VOICE
Assertive, clear and precise communication. The timely, respectful and loving message that each person comes to share with her community. My right to express my creativity and my power and to listen carefully to my surroundings.
WEEK 6 | OUR VISION
The balance between reason and intuition is evident here with no struggle for control. The mind quiets, the vision becomes clear, and our power of manifestation sustains the collective well-being.
WEEK 7 | OUR CONNECTION
The journey is summed up in the expression of our understanding that we are ONE, and when we co-create and move TOGETHER towards a common vision, the journey becomes more expansive and joyful.
